Deliveries

  1. We ship to the UK and all mods including Dotmod dotSquonk to Europe

  2. UK delivery is free for purchases over £30, otherwise a flat rate of £3.35 is applied. We ship using First Class Royal Mail. We aim to ship orders the next working day.

  3. EU price is available via the shipping estimator on the basket page
  4. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer.

  5. We offer no guarantees on shipping or delivery times.

  6. If we are unable to ship any part of the order, we may either send you part of the order that is in stock or cancel and refund your full order.

Returns

  1. You are required to contact us in email or contact form before sending any returns, stating the reason for the exchange or return.

  2. Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.

  3. Shipping returns with tracking is recommended as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  4. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a reasonable condition upon return.

  5. FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY E-LIQUID FOR RETURN UNLESS IT IS UNUSED, UNOPENED, IN ITS ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED AND UNOPENED PACKAGING WITH THE TAMPER-EVIDENT CAP IN PLACE.

Faulty items

  1. We’re happy to offer exchange or refund in case you have received damaged or otherwise unfit products from us.

  2. You’re responsible to care for the product until it reaches us again, including appropriate handling and packaging.

  3. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted items

  1. An unwanted product purchased online can be cancelled or returned for a full refund from the moment of ordering, within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging and have not been used in any way.
  2. This returns policy for unopened products is in addition to your statutory rights.

  3. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the products back.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returns to arrive.

  5. We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the products to you in the first place.

  6. You are entitled to examine any products ordered as you would in a shop. However, if you use the products, you may lose your right to cancel your purchase.
